The event opened with welcoming remarks delivered by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and President of the DC, H.E. Christo Polendakov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the opening panel, Mr. Seitz joined European Coordinator <strong>Margarida Marques<\/strong> to discuss the strategic priorities for Danube navigation, focusing on year-round navigability, climate change adaptation, targeted infrastructure investment, and shifting from strategy to action over the next five years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants also explored ways to improve cross-border cooperation, advance infrastructure projects and make better use of digital tools to address the Danube\u2019s
