Mme D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Oen (DG MOVE) \u00e9tait la mod\u00e9ratrice du s\u00e9minaire. La nouvelle coordinatrice du corridor Rhin-Danube, Mme In\u00e9s Ayala Sender, a prononc\u00e9 une allocution introductive et une allocution de cl\u00f4ture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le but du s\u00e9minaire \u00e9tait d\u2019augmenter la prise de conscience relative \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation \u00e9cologique de l\u2019UE applicable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de projets du domaine de la navigation et d\u2019identifier les facteurs cl\u00e9 visant l\u2019\u00e9laboration de solutions r\u00e9ciproquement avantageuses pour les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes fluviaux et la navigation int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8545 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.danubecommission.org\/dc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/METEET_workshop-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1113\" height=\"628\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.danubecommission.org\/dc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/METEET_workshop-1.png 1113w, https:\/\/www.danubecommission.org\/dc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/METEET_workshop-1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.danubecommission.org\/dc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/METEET_workshop-1-1024x578.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.danubecommission.org\/dc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/METEET_workshop-1-768x433.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1113px) 100vw, 1113px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les diverses pr\u00e9sentations des repr\u00e9sentants de la DG ENV accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019un dialogue interactif\u00a0 et d\u2019explications relatives \u00e0 l\u2019application pratique ont permis d\u2019obtenir une repr\u00e9sentation plus profonde concernant la politique de l\u2019UE et les d\u00e9tails complexes du domaine de la protection de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les avantages d\u2019une planification complexe et multidisciplinaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019instar du projet couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s dans le domaine du transport par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure (TVNI) en Autriche et du projet transfrontalier entre la France et la Belgique, de m\u00eame que de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un projet complexe de construction d\u2019une autoroute en Roumanie, traversant des zones NATURA 2000.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au cours des discussions conclusives, des repr\u00e9sentants renomm\u00e9s du secteur TVNI sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la conclusion selon laquelle pour une int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie des politiques \u00e9cologiques et des exigences dans le cadre de projets du domaine de la navigation int\u00e9rieure, les facteurs suivants \u00e9taient cl\u00e9\u00a0: la coh\u00e9rence de la l\u00e9gislation de l\u2019UE entre le secteur \u00e9cologique et le secteur des voies de navigation int\u00e9rieure\u00a0;
