CALL FOR TENDERS
The Danube Commission is seeking a reliable conference microphone system for the technical modernization of its meeting room. We hereby request bids for the following equipment and services:
- 24 delegate microphone units: Gooseneck design, desktop model, with built-in speaker, headphone output, and “Push-to-Talk” button.
- 1 chairman’s unit: Equipped with a priority button to mute the other microphones.
- Central control unit: Capable of managing at least 25 units (expandable as an option), equipped with a feedback suppressor and connectable to an external sound system (PA).
- Required cabling: All cables necessary for daisy-chaining or direct connection of the entire system (e.g., shielded CAT5/6 or special system-specific cables).
Submit by June 8, 2026
Bidders have the right to request additional information during the duration of the procedure. The tender documentation must include the technical requirements and the general terms and conditions, as well as the signature of the person authorized to make the declaration.
Bids shall be submitted in one of the official languages of the Danube Commission or in English, in hard copy, in a sealed envelope to the following name and address or preferably by mail:
