DC President appointed as Deputy Foreign Minister of Bulgaria

On 18 May 2026, the President of the Danube Commission, HE Christo Polendakov has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Member states and the Secretariat of the Danube Commission congratulate His Excellency and wish him all the best in this new position.
