According to the Work Plan of the Danube Commission for 2023, the meeting of the working group on technical matters took place in a hybrid format on 18-19 April 2023.

The third Expert Meeting on the development of ports and port operations (EM Ports) was organized by the Danube Commission (DC) on 21 March 2023.

The Expert Meeting on Ship-generated waste was held on 9 March 2023 in hybrid format under the chairmanship of the representative of Ukraine.

The agenda, set in accordance with Priority 1a of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, focused on the cooperation with the EU Strategy and on the status of the Fairway Rehabilitation and Maintenance Master Plan.

The 98^th session of the Danube Commission (DC) was held on 15 December 2022 at the headquarters of the Danube Commission in Budapest in hybrid mode, with delegations` participation both in the conference room and remotely online.

The Meeting of the Working Group on legal and financial issues (WG JUR-FIN) of the Danube Commission (DC) was held under the Chairmanship of the Representative of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr Gueorgui Gueorguiev on 8-11 and 30 November 2022 as hybrid meeting.

The meeting of the working group was attended by delegations of the DC Member States, as well as invited representatives of international organisations.
