On 8 October 2024, the Danube Commission and EUSDR PA1a organized a Joint Workshop on ‘Roadmap and actions towards zero-emission Danube fleet’.

On 2 October 2024, the Danube Commission Secretariat hosted the Joint working group of the Danube Region Strategy PA1a / PA11 for administrative processes.

The 101^st session of the DC took place on 13 June 2024 at the premises of the Danube Commission in Budapest, under the presidency of the Representative of Ukraine to the Danube Commission, H.E. Ambassador Liubov Nepop.

The meeting of the working group on technical matters, convened in accordance with section C. of the Danube Commission’s work plan for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (dok. DK/TAG 100/6), met from 10 to 11 April 2024 in a hybrid format.

The Meeting of the Working Group on legal and financial issues (WG JUR-FIN) of the Danube Commission (DC) was held under the Chairmanship of the Representative of Ukraine, Mr Oleksii Kondyk, on 14-15 May 2023 in a hybrid format.

The fourth Expert Meeting on the development of ports and port operations (EM Ports) was organized by the Danube Commission (DC) on 12 March 2024.

On February 28, the Danube Commission (DC) together with EUSDR PA1A organized a joint workshop on the topic of “The potential of fairway information services and active traffic management to cope with low water conditions”.
